Having purchased the intellectual rights and tooling rights from Hazmac Handling Limited, Maypole Engineering are the only company able to supply the genuine Hazmac style of Automation – this includes the Hazmac side drive system and the power and free roller system used for Cylinder Head and Cylinder Block Automation.
We have supplied both types of systems worldwide.

Three types of extrusion are available in our Hazmac range of conveyors for the automotive industry
This allows a combined component and pallet weight range of 15kg up to 2000 kg to be conveyed.

The unique side friction drive assembly allows the component to rest on the hardened and ground rollers,
Whilst the bevel gear drive train is operating.
Each roller assembly is complete with its own friction clutch assembly, the spring rate is calculated and a system spring is selected for the application parameters.
Conveyor widths are manufactured to suit the system requirements.
