Cargo handling system for Royal Mail.

Air freight containers are supplied to the system and processed for UK distribution.
The system also stores the containers prior to re loading and preparation for Air freight.

The conveyors are a heavy duty steel construction. The full width rollers are 100mm in diameter.
The drive is a daisy chain system using one inch pitch chains and sprockets.
All sprockets are hardened to extend the life of the system.

The system can handle up to ten tonne containers.
